today was a bad start of the week.
had a bad dream.
shen and gui kept biting the cage no matter how much i fed them.
i realized why they kept biting the cage finally this morning - cotton balls.
this woman cut my queue when i was buying breakfast and she still can stare at me like i'm in the wrong.
this stupid ops manager is so reluctant to let us use the big room for calling even when the big boss allows. wth is wrong with her?
